Return of goods

  • RETURN GUARANTEE
We want all of our customers to feel safe and satisfied when shopping online, which is why we offer a 90-day return guarantee.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. They must be uninstalled, with protective films on and the original appearance of the product unaltered.

Remember that the product must be packed securely to avoid damage during transport.

LED mirrors that have been installed or tried to be installed cannot be returned.
Once we have received the product, we will check it and refund the money within 14 days to the same account from which the purchase was made.

The cost of returning the product is covered by the buyer. It must be sent to the same address as indicated on the sticker of the parcel received.

If you would like us to take care of the return - let us know by sending an email to info@balticmirror.com and we will arrange for a courier to arrive within 1-2 working days with the parcel label. The price of the return depends on the size and weight of the product.

If the item is completely unopened - we will refund you the full amount, excluding the courier charge if we ordered the courier. If the product is open, we will decide individually on a possible partial refund.

Custom-made products are not returnable.
  • IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
We make every effort to check every product before we send it and to pack it as securely as possible. However, because shipments contain glass, it is rare for a product to arrive damaged. This occurs in about 1% of packages.

If you've been unlucky and received a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, we'll always try to help you as quickly as possible. Send product photos to info@balticmirror.com with other information (your name, surname, order number), describe the situation and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

Don't throw away the packaging as it is also needed to deal with the situation.

If the product is damaged in transit, is broken or you received the wrong product - we will send you a new product free of charge or exchange it for a suitable product free of charge.
  • IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE ONE PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER
If you receive the product and realise you don't like the design or size - you can exchange it for another product.

Protective wedges must not be fitted or removed, i.e. the original appearance of the product must not be altered. We will arrange for a courier to come and collect the product, most likely the next working day. Once we have received the product and checked it, we will immediately send you a new product. Together with the dispatch of the new product, you will receive an invoice to cover the difference in price if the product you have chosen is more expensive, as well as the courier costs for the exchange.
