Please send photos of the product to info@balticmirror.com together with any other necessary information (your name, surname, order number), describe the situation and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
If the product is damaged in transit, broken or you have received the wrong product - we will send you a new product free of charge or exchange it for the correct product free of charge.
