We don't have a physical shop - one of the reasons why we can offer very good value for the highest quality. Write or call us and we'll answer all your questions, send you customer photos and give you free advice. If you don't like the mirror you receive - don't install it, don't remove the protective wedges - and return it to us.

Contact us and you don't need to do anything - we'll arrange a courier to a location that suits you. Don't forget to pack the product properly to avoid damage during transport. The buyer must cover the cost of the return and this amount is non-refundable. If the product is unopened, the protective film has not been removed and the product has not been installed - we will refund you the full amount less the shipping costs of the return. The money will be credited back to your account within 14 days of receipt of the product. In the case of any damage, a partial refund will be decided on an individual basis.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 on a working day on the same day the product is in stock. If an order is placed after 12:00 on a working day, it will be dispatched on the next working day. If the order is placed on a weekend, it will be dispatched on the first working day after the weekend or public holiday. If you have more round or oval shapes - choose this type of mirror. If your interior is dominated by angles and straight lines - a square or rectangular mirror is more suitable. If you want to give the interior a special touch - choose a mirror with an unconventional shape.

Size is one of the most important criteria when choosing a mirror. Measure the size of the cupboard, the sink and the distance from the walls. Don't forget that mirrors visually enlarge a room - so if you choose a larger mirror, the overall effect will be more powerful and the room will appear more spacious. If the mirror is just an interior accent, go for a smaller LED mirror.

The intensity of the light depends on the type of lighting. If you choose only backlighting, the light will be more of an accent, but if you choose LED lighting from the front, the light will be much stronger. Finally, assess the space where the LED mirror will be installed.

The LED light is diffused, so it cannot be the only light source in the bathroom. Most of our mirrors are 30 mm thick, including 5 mm glass. Everything is hidden in this depth: the suspension system, the necessary wiring and the transformer. Each mirror looks great from both the front and the side, so there's no need to worry if you enter the bathroom and see the side of the mirror rather than the front. There are no LED spots or unnecessary detailing on the side - the finish of the LED mirrors is extremely aesthetically pleasing and the cable remains hidden.

Yes, our LED mirrors have a memory, so you can switch the mirror on/off with an existing wall contact. The brightness and heat level of the light can still be adjusted on the mirror itself.

The exact location is not important. If you already have a power cable - the most important thing is that the future LED mirror covers the cable. If you don't already have a cable, you can plan it around the centre of the future LED mirror.

The process is really simple: attach the LED mirror to the wall by drilling two screws into the wall and connecting the wires. Each mirror comes with a short and clear installation guide.

We recommend a minimum of 10-15 cm above the sink, but this is only a recommendation. The mirror can be installed either higher or lower. The height of the mirror should be such that the whole family can comfortably see their reflection.

The mirrors are manufactured using 2835 LED strips, as many as 120 LEDs per metre - that's really bright! Our mirrors are significantly brighter than standard LED mirrors.

The LED mirror is best cleaned with a microfibre cloth: just dampen it with warm water. Clean the mirror in a circular motion. For a perfect result, take another dry microfibre cloth and dry the mirror. For more persistent stains, you can use soap with warm water or a glass cleaner. The use of any other chemical substances is strictly not recommended - they can damage the mirror and over time it will not look as good as when you bought it.

CRI is the ability of a light source to accurately reproduce the colours of an object compared to natural sunlight. CRI ranges from 0 to 100. 100 means that the colours of the object appear the same as in natural sunlight. A good CRI is considered to be between 80 and 90, i.e. most colours are accurately reproduced, but not as accurately as one might wish. Our mirrors have a CRI >90, which indicates excellent colour rendition. In addition, a high CRI level reduces eye and general fatigue.

This speaks to the coating on the back of the mirror, which is resistant to corrosion and darkening. Traditional silver mirrors do not protect the mirror from darkening and corrosion in rooms where moisture is present.
